Fees, Payment, & Cancellation Information

Counseling Fees:

In order to keep my services as affordable as possible, I offer clients a Sliding Scale Fee schedule that is based on your household income. Please contact me for my current fee schedule.

I offer students a discounted rate of $50/ 50 minute session (up to 12th grade).

I do not accept insurance.

I gladly accept Health Savings Account cards.

Payment Information:

All appointments must be secured with a card on file. The card on file will not be charged unless the client fails to appear for their appointment.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will result in a cancellation fee being charged to the card on file. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the amount of the reserved services.

Payment is expected in full at time of service. If you would like another option other than my billing app, I gladly accept cash, check, and credit/debit card.
Payments that are pending 48 hours after the time of service will automatically be charged to the card on file.
